Our History
Nuvola was founded in August 2010 because customer's wanted to work with specialists who were more than product vendors, with whom they could partner to solve challenging business problems, gain competitive advantage or reduce costs. The message was clear - what was wanted were turnkey solutions that addressed specific challenges or needs. We listened and Nuvola Group was established to deliver these services and began working with our clients to help solve their problems. While we are based in Australia with key locations in Sydney and Melbourne our team is now Global and is able to support partners or service customers in many time zones.
What Nuvola means
We were looking for a name that had meaning and fit the context of what we do and who we are. Nuvola happens to mean "Cloud" in Italian. We believe in the philosophy around Cloud computing and flexible hybrid Cloud has the potential to allow organizations and individuals to benefit from this new delivery model. And, we just liked the name it sounded cool.
